Is it safe for me to use my credit card when I order?
Yes, we have a completely secure merchant account system that automatically checks your credit card number and deposits the money into our bank account without anyone even seeing your credit card number or information. So it is totally secure.
How will my product be shipped?
Ground shipments are generally sent via UPS; express orders are generally sent via FedEx, or United States Postal.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Shipments are usually sent out the next business day, and should reach you within 7-10 business days.
Do you take international orders?
Un fortunately not all products are available at this time, so please e-mail us at dsmarketing@hotmail.com with the sku or item number of the product that you are interested in, we will inform you if it is available and gladly take your order by phone.
How can I place my order if I experience difficulties with your website?
